Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day production operations Learn and apply manufacturing processes, SOPs, and quality standards Coordinate with design, quality, and stores teams for smooth production flow Monitor production schedules and support supervisors in meeting targets Participate in lean initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement activities Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation related to production metrics Comply with all safety, quality, and operational guidelines on the shop floor Key Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication processes Familiarity with reading engineering drawings Good communication and coordination skills Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn Knowledge of MS Office / ERP tools (preferred)
