Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves driving DevOps best practices, building robust CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure on Azure using Terraform, and managing scalable production systems with a focus on performance, security, and resilience. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze the existing technology landscape and propose effective DevOps solutions. Define and enforce DevOps best practices, automation standards, and code quality processes. Collaborate with business and engineering teams to design and execute scalable, secure, and high-performing systems on Azure. Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and implement reference architectures for infrastructure and workflows. Implement, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML-based configurations. Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform , CloudFormation , and scripting languages like Python , PowerShell , or Bash . Manage and scale Azure production environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Script and maintain Dockerfiles , Kubernetes manifests , Helm charts , and Kustomize configurations. Build and manage Landing Zones for structured environment management. Design and implement robust monitoring and logging solutions . Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of Azure-based workloads. Lead security assessments and assist with issue resolution across cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on solutioning and implementation. Skills & Experience Required Azure Certified DevOps Engineer (Mandatory) 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps , CI/CD pipeline creation , and automation . 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation . Proficient in Python , PowerShell , or Bash scripting. Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services including: Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines App Services, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines Azure Key Vault, Active Directory, Azure SQL Experience managing Docker, Kubernetes, Helm-based deployments. Working knowledge of: Virtual Network, Service Bus, Application Gateway, WAF, Load Balancer, Service Fabric, etc. Experience with monitoring , logging , and alerting tools for Azure environments. Strong understanding of cloud architecture , automation , and security best practices . Preferred Qualifications Experience working on Landing Zones and environment orchestration . Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS is a plus). Experience with DevSecOps practices and tooling. Strong communication and client interaction skills.
