Technical Architect (Java)

You are an experienced Technical Architect with over 10 years of experience, seeking a new opportunity in Hyderabad with immediate availability within 15 days. Your expertise lies in defining and overseeing the architecture of a cutting-edge Workforce Management System tailored for construction project management. This role requires you to lead the design of the entire system, encompassing data architecture, integration architecture, and utilizing a modern cloud-native stack. Your responsibilities involve designing the solution architecture for the Workforce Management System modernization project. You will be creating the architecture blueprint covering backend technologies such as Java Spring or Python, frontend technologies like Angular, data solutions using Snowflake or PostgreSQL, and cloud services in Azure. Additionally, you will lead the design of APIs and system integrations with various enterprise systems including SAP, SuccessFactors, Primavera P6, and Etimesheet. As a hands-on leader, you will architect robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and other Azure-native services. Your role also includes establishing non-functional requirements like scalability, security, performance, and observability. You will set and enforce coding standards, system design principles, and review technical deliverables while providing architectural guidance to development, DevOps, and data engineering teams. Collaboration with the Technical Project Manager and stakeholders is crucial to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions. Your expertise should cover a technology stack that includes Java Spring Boot or Python (FastAPI/Django) for languages & frameworks, Azure PaaS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake for cloud & data, and PostgreSQL, SQL Server for databases. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in architecture roles. You should have proven proficiency in designing enterprise systems using Java or Python and Angular, a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, especially in Azure PaaS, and a deep knowledge of data architecture using Snowflake and Azure Data Factory. Experience with enterprise system integration and excellent problem-solving skills are essential, along with effective verbal and written communication abilities. Having experience in construction or engineering-focused enterprise platforms, familiarity with enterprise identity management, RBAC, OAuth flows, and hands-on involvement in legacy system migration and modernization would be advantageous for this role.,
