Job Overview:

Azure DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Automate infrastructure deployment using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Set up and manage Azure environments for development, testing, and production.
Monitor system performance, availability, and scalability across Azure-hosted services.
Implement and maintain security best practices across DevOps workflows.
Enable logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Manage containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with
Azure DevOps Services
(Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
Expertise in
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
– ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
Proficiency in scripting languages –
PowerShell
,
Bash
, or
Python
.
Solid knowledge of
Azure Cloud Services
(VMs, App Services, Key Vault, Azure SQL, AKS, etc.).
Hands-on with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Azure certifications (
AZ-400
, AZ-104) are a plus.
Exposure to other DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, SonarQube, etc., is a plus.
