Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Data Factory SQL Microsoft Business Intelligence and a background in the Payer domain is advantageous. This role involves developing and optimizing data solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data solutions using Azure Data Factory SQL Microsoft Business Intelligence to streamline business operations and improve data management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data workflows that meet business needs.

Optimize existing data pipelines for performance and reliability ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Monitor and troubleshoot data processes resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions and processes.

Document data workflows and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align data solutions with organizational goals.

Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and comply with regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures to enhance data quality and consistency.

Utilize domain knowledge in the Payer sector to tailor data solutions that address specific industry challenges.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Azure Data Factory SQL Microsoft Business Intelligence demonstrating proficiency in developing and managing data pipelines.

Have a strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes with a focus on optimizing performance.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues effectively.

Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Experience in the Payer domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific data challenges.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
