Job Title: Azure Data Engineer

Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid – 2 Days Office, 3 Days WFH)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design and develop scalable data pipelines and data platform solutions. The role requires strong hands-on skills in Azure data services, big data processing, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
• Develop end-to-end ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and manage storage in Azure Data Lake (ADLS).
• Implement deployment and automation processes using Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
• Work on real-time data streaming using Event Hub and streaming frameworks.
• Support data modelling to enable analytics and AI-based use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Gen AI / Agentic AI and advanced analytics solutions.
• Ensure data security, performance, and platform reliability.

Must Have Skills

• Azure Databricks
• PySpark
• SQL
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
• Azure Services: ADF, ADLS, Event Hub

Preferred / Additional Knowledge

• Data Modeling (Dimensional / Lakehouse)
• Gen AI or Agentic AI exposure
• Streaming/Real-time Analytics

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• (Candidates with B.Com, BBA, BA, MA, Diploma backgrounds are not eligible.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹556,957.88 - ₹3,043,725.92 per year
