Position: Azure Data Engineer + data warehouse

Location:

• SSIS/SQL (hands on), ADF, Azure Data bricks, PySpark, DWH (Schemas, fact/Dimension), ADLS (optional)

Responsibilities:

• Provide data architecture solution design and architectural leadership
• Experience managing and delivering ETL solutions in a large enterprise environment
• Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
• Analyse existing database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams whenever required
• Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
• Experience in Building and supporting architecture ofEnterprise-wideWarehouses.
• Good Exposure ofETL (SSIS), Reporting Tools (SSRSorPowerBI) and Data Modelling.
• Understand Requirements from Technical Standpoint, Assess Feasibility, Design and Build Solution Architecture, Assess Solutions and work as Tollgate for Technical Delivery, Participate on New BI Initiatives.
• Delivering projects on time with quality.
• Participate in technical forums and discussion within the team and with clients.
• Implement advance strategies for gathering, reviewing, andanalysingdata requirements.
• Strong exposure to requirements gathering in Insurance, P&C or reinsurance domain with primarily US Clients.
• Participate in requirements analysis with Business users and Onsite/Offshore-BAs.
• Create/Maintain requirement artifactsi.e.requirement templates/sheets based on the discussion with BA or Business-User.
• Insurance business knowledge is mandatory.Experience specific toDuckcreekwould be desired.
• Strong Customer facing experience, negotiation skills andwrittenand verbal communication
• Strong aptitude and Problem & Observation skills, attention to details and Self Learning ability is must.
