Azure Data Engineer – AI Integration

Azure Data Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Power BI.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows on Azure, ensuring optimal performance for AI and analytics use cases.

• Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business intelligence and decision-making.

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML teams to integrate AI models into production environments.

• Optimize data architecture for large-scale, AI-driven applications, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

• Manage and maintain data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming solutions using Microsoft Fabric and other Azure tools.

• Implement advanced analytics and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric’s unified data platform and Azure AI services.

• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry standards.

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing data solutions and Power BI reports for performance and usability.

• Stay updated with advancements in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure AI services to recommend innovative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure data engineering and architecture.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.

• Strong expertise in Power BI for creating advanced dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Knowledge of AI/ML integration using Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Spark.

• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and big data frameworks.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Azure Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric, or Power BI.

• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Experience in optimizing Power BI performance and implementing advanced DAX calculations.
