Ayusman executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Registration & Documentation:
• Verify patient eligibility under Ayushman Bharat scheme.
• Register patients on the BIS (Beneficiary Identification System) portal.
• Ensure all documents are uploaded correctly for pre-authorization.
• Pre-Authorization Process:
• Prepare and submit pre-auth requests on the TMS (Transaction Management System).
• Coordinate with doctors to get the necessary clinical information.
• Follow up with insurance companies/government authorities for approvals.
• Claims Management:
• Ensure timely submission of claims after patient discharge.
• Upload discharge summary, investigation reports, and final bills.
• Track claim status and follow up for settlement.
• Record Maintenance:
• Maintain detailed records of Ayushman patients, approvals, and claims.
• Submit periodic reports to management and government authorities.
• Coordination:
• Act as a point of contact between the hospital and the SHA (State Health Agency).
• Liaise with departments like billing, nursing, and medical records for smooth operations.
• Compliance & Training:
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with PM-JAY guidelines.
• Stay updated with latest SOPs and circulars from NHA/SHA.
• Train new staff (if required) regarding Ayushman processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (preferred: BBA, BCom, or Hospital Management diploma/degree)
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in handling Ayushman Bharat Scheme (Freshers with training may also be considered)
• Skills:
• Knowledge of BIS and TMS portals
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
