Role Description

This is a Part-time hybrid role as an Ayurvedic Formulation Specialist/Product Development Expert Co-Founder located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The role involves developing and formulating new Ayurvedic products, managing product development processes, conducting thorough research on Ayurvedic ingredients, and ensuring product compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with team members, engaging with customers, and providing expert guidance on products.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Development and Formulation knowledge for developing Ayurvedic products
• Excellent Analytical Skills to research and analyze Ayurvedic ingredients and formulation methods
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide guidance
• Customer Service and Product Management experience to interact with consumers and oversee product development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ayurveda, Herbal Medicine, or related field
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is beneficial
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership experience are advantageous
