AYURVEDIC FORMULATION SPECIALIST/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERT

The role at Superveda Health and Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is a Part-time hybrid position as an Ayurvedic Formulation Specialist/Product Development Expert Co-Founder based in Pune, with the possibility of some work from home. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and formulating new Ayurvedic products, overseeing product development processes, conducting detailed research on Ayurvedic ingredients, and ensuring product compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with team members, customer engagement, and providing expert guidance on products are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong Product Development and Formulation knowledge specific to Ayurvedic products. Excellent Analytical Skills will be essential for researching and analyzing Ayurvedic ingredients and formulation methods. Effective Communication skills are required to collaborate with team members and offer guidance. Prior Customer Service and Product Management experience will be beneficial for interacting with consumers and supervising product development. An educational background in Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or a related field at the Bachelor's or Master's level is preferred. Prior experience in the health and wellness industry would be advantageous.
