Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Ayurveda Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Ayurveda medicines and wellness products to medical professionals and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to develop and maintain a dignified rapport with Ayurveda doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion & Sales:

  Conduct regular field visits to meet with Ayurveda doctors and promote products. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Market Development:

  Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

• Training & Awareness:

  Organize and conduct educational sessions, workshops, and seminars for healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and clinical understanding.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain proper customer records and submit detailed daily reports on client interactions and sales activities.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, dignified relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key opinion leaders to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

• Negotiation:

  Negotiate contracts and close sales orders successfully.

• Feedback & Market Intelligence:

  Gather feedback from doctors and pharmacists on product performance, and monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable insights to management.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of Ayurveda medicines and wellness products is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi, English, and local languages are required.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• A target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to work.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools, are necessary for maintaining records.

Qualification & Experience

• Education:

  Any Graduate.

• Experience:

  5 to 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or Ayurveda industry. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Additional:

  Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. A valid driver's license may be required.
