Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an AWS Training Program professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with experience working on AWS projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive training programs.
Develop and deliver high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
Conduct workshops and seminars to educate employees on AWS best practices and features.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS developments and incorporate new technologies into training programs.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms is desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred.
