AWS Solution Architect

This role demands deep expertise across AWS services, architecture patterns, security best practices, and cost optimizationalong with the ability to guide customers through their cloud transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures on AWS with a focus on scalability, security, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level architecture designs.
• Architect solutions involving compute, storage, networking, serverless, containers, databases, DevOps pipelines, and security.
• Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and reference architectures.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, and delivery teams to craft competitive and compliant technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud strategy, modernization, migration, and operations.
• Define best practices for security, governance, DevOps, observability, and cost optimization.
• Review solution designs, IaC templates, and validate adherence to architecture standards.
• Lead discussions on cloud adoption frameworks, migration strategies, re-architecture approaches, and modernization.
• Drive initiatives around containerization, serverless, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and delivering complex AWS solutions.
• Strong expertise across key AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform / CloudFormation, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms.
• Solid understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, cloud security principles, and multi-account governance.
• Proven ability to create architecture documents, design blueprints, and customer-facing presentations.
• Experience handling RFPs, solution proposals, estimations, and architecture write-ups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
