Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Lead with expertise in AWS and Python to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in cloud computing and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture Design: Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS services.
• Application Development: Lead the development of cloud-native applications using Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot cloud applications and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing systems.
• Automation: Utilize tools like Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure automation and deployment.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in cloud computing and software development.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Strong programming skills in Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
