Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Amazon Connect solutions for cloud-based contact centers.
Automate deployment and configuration processes using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, CodePipeline, etc.).
Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform/CloudFormation.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to AWS Connect, telephony integrations, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related AWS services.
Configure and manage call flows, routing profiles, queues, and IVR systems within Amazon Connect.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana, etc.).
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high availability and scalability of services. Ensure compliance with security best practices in cloud environments.
