Role & responsibilities

  • Ability to lead & recruit relevant sales professionals to enable scaling up of the business including broking as well as WM products.
  • A real Team player with ability to motivate and encourage the reporting team to excel in performance and achieve results.
  • Provide customized solutions to the clients by evaluating their risk assessment and financial needs.
  • Secondary role is to cross sell wealth management products i.e. Mutual Funds both equities/debts, NCDs / Bonds, Insurance, PMS, structured products etc.
  • Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS and alternative investments • Acquisitions of new clients and re-activation of existing clients.
  • Innovating and exploring new products from time to time to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
