AVP Sales

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business for all B2C & B2B branches.
Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with HNI and retail clients.
Advise clients on investment opportunities in equities, commodities, and currency products.
Create cross-sell and up-sell strategies to maximize wallet share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular engagement, issue resolution, and feedback tracking.
Attend sales meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Plan and implement projects and sales activities in line with business priorities
Achieve individual HNI client sales targets while supporting team performance.
