As a Factoring Regional Sales Manager for Siemens Financial Services Private Limited (SFSPL), your role involves developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets for factoring products in the North Region. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and market segments, building a robust sales pipeline, conducting sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures to achieve revenue targets. Tracking sales performance against targets and taking corrective actions as necessary will be crucial to ensure achievement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for factoring products. - Identify potential clients and market segments for factoring services. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities. - Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures to achieve revenue targets. - Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary. In order to enhance the factoring products, you will need to gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings. Collaborating with internal teams to implement enhancements that address customer needs and market trends will be essential. Additionally, you will need to ensure that product features and benefits are effectively communicated to the sales team and incorporated into sales collateral. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. - 10+ years of experience in Sales & product management, preferably in the financial services industry with exposure to factoring or trade finance products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in factoring or trade finance is a plus. You will be based in Chennai for this role, with occasional travel to other locations in South India and elsewhere as required.
