Role Overview: As a professional in the Stressed Asset Resolution Business, your main responsibilities will include acquisition, resolution, and recovery of stressed assets. You will also be required to ensure compliance with ARC related prudential guidelines set by RBI and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders. Your networking skills for sourcing business and resolution activities will be a valuable asset in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire, resolve, and recover stressed assets - Ensure compliance with ARC related prudential guidelines issued by RBI - Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders - Utilize networking skills for sourcing business and resolution activities Qualifications Required: - Professionally qualified in Finance with a preference for additional qualifications in Law - More than 10 years of relevant experience in the Stressed Asset Resolution Business - In-depth knowledge and understanding of all facets of Stressed and Resolution business including Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition, Regulatory, Legal Enforcement, and Settlement - Experience in resolution and recovery of NPAs - Strong networking connections in Banks, Financial Institutions, Funds, PE, and NBFCs - Minimum 4 years of experience working in Stressed Resolution Business - Familiarity with the basic workings of all judicial/quasi-judicial forces including NCLT and their guidelines Additional Company Details: Age requirement: Not more than 40 years (relaxation possible in deserving cases),
