12�15 years in HR Technology / HR Transformation with experience in large-scale HRIS implementations.Lead global implementation and rollout of HRIS systems (modules including Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruitment, LMS, and Employee Self-Service).Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies for all HR technology projects.Drive automation of HR transactions and reporting through self-service tools and dashboards.Lead HR system upgrades, enhancements, and post-launch stabilization across multiple geographies.
