Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President of HR at our company, you will need to be comfortable with active recruitments. Your main responsibility will be to effectively coordinate and implement HR processes, functions, and procedures. With at least 8 years of experience in the HR domain, you will play a crucial role in monitoring HR projects and workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants for open positions by collaborating with departmental HOD/Managers to understand required skills and competencies. - Administer and execute human resource programs such as performance and talent management, productivity, compensation, and benefits. - Handle grievance-related matters, disciplinary issues, and employee disputes in consultation with management. - Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Drive HR initiatives including employee engagement activities and training and development programs. - Perform any other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM in HR - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Additional Details: The offered CTC for this position ranges from 9Lac to 10Lac.,
