Role Overview: Join Barclays as an AVP Finance Transformation - ST&I, where you will play a crucial role in the Stress Testing and Impairment (ST&I) Finance Transaction Cycle. Your primary focus will be on enhancing model capabilities related to stress testing, impairments, and forecasting. This will involve activities such as designing the future target state, planning, analysis, execution, process assessment, mapping, and communications. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your extensive knowledge of the banking and financial markets sector to contribute effectively. - Possess certifications such as FRM (GARP), CFA, MBA Finance, CA/CPA, or any advanced Finance/Risk qualifications. - Demonstrate expertise in Data Analytics, including working with datasets, databases, and query languages such as SQL. - Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Qlik is essential. - Apply broad knowledge of modeling techniques, including the model lifecycle for Stress Testing. - Understand Stress Testing regulations and requirements such as IHC CCAR, EBA stress test, ACS, Recovery and Resolution Planning.
