Job Description

Role Overview: As the Assistant Vice President, Finance Lead Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of F&A resources supporting a US-based retail broker firm. This role involves overseeing approximately 100 F&A professionals across R2R, I2C, and P2P, spread across multiple delivery locations. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate deep domain knowledge in all sub service lines such as R2R, I2C, P2P, with an additional advantage if you have insurance experience and knowledge. - Drive value through transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth operations without surprises, and fostering business growth with clients. - Implement Tech and Data Analytics-enabled operations for transaction/outcome commercials. - Maintain adherence to client and contract requirements, independently manage client relationships up to CXO levels, and collaborate with the client organization to achieve common objectives. Qualifications Required: - Lead the complete outsourced operations for F&A to ensure high customer satisfaction for functional and CXO stakeholders. - Foster career progression and Genpact culture (CI2) within teams, meet or exceed retention targets, and drive continuous upskilling. - Collaborate globally with other Genpact business and functional leaders to develop and commercialize existing and new product offerings. - Utilize lean six sigma framework for continuous performance improvement and transformation agenda. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams like Operations, HR, Service Line, Digital, Transformation, Transitions, etc. - Proactive approach, adept at troubleshooting, and navigating organizational change scenarios. - Implement mechanisms to identify and address performance gaps or breakthroughs, and develop improvement plans accordingly. - Engage in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization. - Experience in managing end-to-end client service delivery and P&L management. - Possess intellectual agility and analytical mindset. Preferred Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant or Graduate/Postgraduate from top Commerce colleges would be desirable for this role. - Experience in managing F&A operations and significant experience in leading large teams and end-to-end service delivery.,
