As a Leader with 16-20 years of experience, you will be expected to possess a unique set of technical skills to excel in this role. This includes expertise in System Design and Architecture, Functional or Object-Oriented Programming, and proficiency in Clean Coding with a solid grasp of basic SOLID principles. Additionally, you should be well-versed in common design patterns, have experience with backend technologies such as Elixir, Python, Golang, Node.js, and Ruby, and be open to upskilling in any of these areas. Strong knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB, along with skills in SQL, performance tuning, database design, Cloud, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies are essential for this position. Your role will also involve designing API Data Contracts, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Microservices, and Data Models, as well as developing user interfaces using modern Web Frameworks like React. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are equally important for this role. A solution-oriented mindset, leadership abilities, experience in client interactions, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to articulate opinions are all key attributes that will contribute to your success at IDfy. Your typical day at IDfy will involve leading a team with a hands-on approach, conducting design and code reviews, creating design artifacts, building cloud-native applications, developing high-quality software and test cases, designing UI components, APIs, microservices, and more. You will be responsible for addressing client support tickets, collaborating with customers to understand their needs, working closely with the Product team and other business units to prioritize tasks, guiding clients on technical matters, establishing processes for quality assurance, and fostering a culture of ownership and innovation within the team.
