AVP - Digital Transformation & PMO

You will be leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within shared service set-ups across 3 continents for a leading MNC. Your role will involve driving automation, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment through a centralized PMO framework. You will manage a small multi-geography team and oversee high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to deliver strategic value. Key Responsibilities: - Drive digital transformation initiatives across functions such as finance, HR procurement, and IT. - Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign business processes using automation (RPA) and AI/ML technologies. - Lead the end-to-end transition of business units into shared services, including planning and change management. - Build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including business and functional heads, operations teams, and vendors. Qualifications: - Minimum 8-10 years of post-MBA experience from a Tier 1 institute. - At least 5 years of experience in leading shared services transitions across multiple geographies and functions. - Proven track record in program management within a reputable organization. - Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma, RPA, and project management tools. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Willingness to work across different time zones and travel frequently to various sites.,
