Role Overview: As FlexiLoans enters the next phase of growth, we are seeking individuals like you who are driven to make a significant impact in the MSME ecosystem. In this role, you will be tasked with spearheading growth, formulating strategies, and supervising all sales and operational facets of the vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the vertical, overseeing it from strategy development to execution - Create and execute a comprehensive growth, profitability, and scalability plan - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the vertical's outreach - Ensure portfolio growth and quality nationally for managed relationships - Provide guidance, establish objectives, and ensure team achievement of KPIs and business goals - Cultivate relationships with Channel Partner teams to foster loyalty and secure consistent business - Collaborate with the Tech team to create systems that effectively cater to corporate clients - Manage current programs to facilitate smooth financing for partners of associated corporates - Represent the vertical in senior leadership meetings, offering insights and performance updates Qualifications Required: - MBA or Masters Degree in Business, Management, or related field - Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, vertical management, and team leadership - Profound understanding of Financial Products and Credit - Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving orientation, capable of adapting to changing business environments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders across all levels Additional Company Details: FlexiLoans offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits to its employees.
