Building and nurturing relationships with Channel Partners to enhance loyalty and secure consistent business will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with the Tech team to create effective systems that cater to the needs of corporate clients efficiently. Representing the vertical in senior leadership meetings, offering insights and progress updates on performance. The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of experience in business development, vertical management, and team leadership. A good grasp of Financial Products and Credit is essential for this role. Strong analytical skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset are required to adapt to the dynamic nature of business environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Qualification and Experience: An MBA or Masters Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
