AVP - Credit Services

As a part of the Digital Business Service (DBS) team at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and technical support to global businesses, ensuring improved customer service and efficiency. Currently, we are looking for an experienced professional to join the INM Credit Services team. **Principal Responsibilities:** - Ensure the highest levels of service for both internal and external customers, protecting the bank's interests at all times - Check security documents and recommend changes in HUB limits based on review of necessary documentation - Track CARM approval comments/conditions and follow up with the business on due dates - Monitor credit limits and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines - Meet agreed-upon SLAs and improve turnaround times while reducing costs and error rates - Provide need-based and time-sensitive MIS and ensure proper housekeeping **Qualifications:** - Knowledge and experience of working within Credit Services in a complex legal environment and Indian regulations - Background in Corporate Banking/Trade Finance/Credit Operations/Administration - Familiarity with Group Credit systems, policies, and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations - Strong analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills - Solid knowledge of Credit and Lending related processes At HSBC, we are committed to creating a culture where all employees are valued, respected, and their opinions count.
