AVP - Compliance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for internal auditing, identifying project risks, and maintaining project health by identifying gaps. Additionally, you will prepare reports and communicate them to the Head of Quality & Compliance. You will review quality specifications and documents to provide timely feedback, help the project team understand the organization process, and ensure adherence to it. Moreover, you will assist the delivery team in meetings, communication, and deliverables across the SDLC. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal auditing and identify project risks - Identify gaps to maintain project health - Prepare reports and communicate them to the Head of Quality & Compliance - Review quality specifications and documents to provide timely feedback - Assist the project team in understanding the organization process and ensure adherence to it - Support the delivery team in meetings, communication, and deliverables across the SDLC Qualifications Required: - Must be aware of SDLC Concepts - Experience working with Project collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps - Knowledge of AGILE Methodologies like SCRUM, Lean, and Kanban - Familiarity with code analysis tools is a plus,
