As the AVP in the CEO's Office at Resonia, your role is crucial in guiding the strategic vision and operational execution of the organization within the transmission industry. With 9 to 15 years of experience, you must be a seasoned professional in strategic planning and execution, especially in the energy or transmission sector. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's mission, focusing on innovation and sustainability in the transmission sector. - Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and risks, ensuring the organization stays ahead in the transmission industry. - Collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to effectively communicate and execute strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to the CEO and board of directors. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, industry partners, and community organizations, to promote the company's strategic objectives. - Lead high-impact projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to budget and timelines.
