Proactively undertake initiatives to support effective and efficient business management. Undertake other initiatives as directed by AMJP CEO&COO. Drive transformation initiatives and ensure that they are implemented sensibly and in accordance with core value. Lead changes through and with people Be the change agent to drive and embed changes. Be the go-to person for any business or change related initiatives Act as partner to AMJP Local Management Committee (LMC) members in resolving material business or change related issues Provide support to enable effective business Skills Required: Agility & adaptation to navigate initiatives based on business priorities. Ability to use project management discipline and people skills to drive changes in a timely manner Ability to anticipate issues and undertake initiatives to resolve them Leadership and business management skills a proven leader who is expected to work with people across the organization to achieve the desired results Communication, influencing and collaborative skills Able to achieve results in an environment where influence over authority is the means to success. He /she will work closely not only with his/her own team members but with other business heads within HSBC's matrix environment and will require strong communication and influencing skills, particularly in influencing individuals to take action without holding direct authority over them to do so effectively. The right individual for this role will use his / her powers of persuasion to convince line management of a course of action and will be intellectually honest yet tactful and diplomatic, understanding those levers available to him / her within the organization and using them judiciously Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
