Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Your key responsibilities
- MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background
- At least 6-9 years of relevant post MBA experience of working Healthcare, Hospitals or relevant consulting background.
- Industry experience in at-least three of the areas listed - (Preferably first 2) o Healthcare Operational consulting o Business analytics and MIS o Supply chain - Procurement and inventory management o Sales Force effectiveness, Business development, Market assessments o Consulting experience in at least three of the areas listed o Business transformation o Business process Re-engineering o Business systems o Market assessment, Strategy and Business planning o Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation o Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation
