Avaya Voice Engineer

We have a requirement for Avaya Voice Engineer (L2 Support) for our office based out of Chennai

Job Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and technically strong Voice Support Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Avaya EPABX equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and support complex deployment & infrastructure issues.

Relevant Experience – 3-5 years

Notice Period – Immediate joiners & upto 60 days

Location: Chennai

Must Have Skills:

* Avaya IP Office servers implementation.

* Avaya IP Office configuration and troubleshooting

* Avaya Aura (CM, SM, SMGR, AES & CMS) implementation, configuration & troubleshooting.

* Avaya/Audiocodes SBC implementation, configuration & troubleshooting

* Network infrastructure, (routers, switches, and firewalls)

* Basic Networking (VLANs, Routing, Firewall ACLs for VoIP)

Certification (Preferred):

* Avaya, Cisco, or other VoIP certifications

ü Provide L1 & L2 support for Avaya IP Office servers & Aura implementation

ü Conduct root cause analysis for incidents

ü Field support/ Remote support work from office.
