AV Support Technician

Role Overview: As an AV Support Engineer at Total IT Global, you will play a crucial role in providing onsite support for all AV equipment in conference rooms and meeting spaces. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, and displays, as well as offering basic desktop support and managing tickets efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - AV Setup & Support: You will be responsible for setting up and configuring AV equipment for meetings and video conferences. Additionally, troubleshooting and resolving any AV issues during live sessions will be part of your daily tasks. - Video Conferencing: Managing and supporting video conferencing systems such as Zoom and Teams to ensure smooth operation will be essential. - Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine checks and maintenance on AV equipment to ensure optimal functionality. - Desktop Support & Ticket Management: Providing basic desktop support, troubleshooting user issues, and managing tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Jira. - Documentation & Reporting: Keeping documentation up-to-date on AV systems and technical issues for future reference. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience with in-depth AV equipment knowledge. - Proficiency in working with AV equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, and various video conferencing tools. - Basic desktop support skills encompassing hardware and software troubleshooting. - Familiarity with ticket management tools like ServiceNow and Jira. - Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.,
