Job Description

As an Automotive Technologies Analyst, your role involves tracking competitors" long-term and short-term model strategies to prepare benchmarking reports. You will be responsible for the design, cost, weight analysis, and performance evaluation of new technologies. Your analysis and summary reporting will provide crucial support to the engineering team. Your qualifications should include a basic understanding of the automotive industry both in India and the global market. You should be familiar with vehicle segments, Indian consumer behavior, and the competitive scenario. Your insights will be essential for implementing strategies that prioritize customer needs and preferences. Additionally, you must stay updated on the latest happenings and emerging technologies in the automobile industry, assessing their impact on MSIL models. It is crucial for you to have knowledge of existing and upcoming Indian and global automotive regulations concerning safety and emissions. Your role will also involve understanding market issues and hands-on experience in this area. Effective communication and analytical skills are essential, along with flexibility, adaptability, and project management skills. Good listening ability, leadership skills, and teamwork are key attributes for this role. While driving experience is preferred, expertise in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is mandatory. Familiarity with UG-NX is also desirable for this position.,
