Job Description

As a Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics/Electrical Engineering professional with 5-8 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Analysis of automotive technologies. - Tracking competitors" long-term and short-term model strategy to prepare benchmarking reports. - Design, cost, weight analysis, and performance evaluation of new technologies. - Providing analysis summary reporting and support to the engineering team. To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies: - Basic understanding of the automotive industry (India & global market), vehicle segments, Indian consumers" understanding, and competition scenario. - Ability to provide insights for implementing strategies that prioritize customer needs & preferences. - Knowledge of the latest happenings and emerging technologies in the automobile industry and the ability to gauge their impact on MSIL models. - Familiarity with existing and upcoming Indian and global automotive regulations (safety and emissions, etc.). - Understanding and hands-on experience with market issues. - Effective communication and analytical skills. - Flexibility, adaptability, and project management skills. - Good listening ability, leadership skills, and being a team player. If you have driving experience, it would be preferred for this role.,
