Automotive Functional Consultant

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Scanflow product at Optisol Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the evolution and positioning of the product to address real-world operational challenges. Your deep understanding of Quality Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains will be instrumental in influencing product development. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the domain expert for Scanflow, providing insights from quality control, logistics, and supply chain operations. - Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to shape product features and use cases aligned with industry standards and customer pain points. - Review and contribute to requirement documents, solution design, and implementation plans from a domain perspective. - Offer continuous inputs for product enhancements based on industry trends and customer feedback. - Support pre-sales and post-sales activities by engaging in customer discussions and presenting domain-aligned solutions. - Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and product demos tailored to the language and priorities of supply chain professionals. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, particularly in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains. - Strong understanding of operational workflows, compliance standards, and quality control systems. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams and business stakeholders. - Proven ability to translate domain knowledge into actionable insights for product development and customer engagement. - Experience with technology-driven solutions in logistics or quality domains is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. - Experience working with digital transformation products or enterprise SaaS platforms.,
