Job Description

Core responsibilities Customer interaction: Greet customers, build rapport, and assess their needs and preferences.  Vehicle sales: Sell new vehicles, explain features and benefits, and suggest optional equipment.  Product knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current products, services, and competitor offerings.  Sales process: Conduct test drives, negotiate prices, offer financing options, and manage customer objections.  Sales administration: Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for sales contracts, vehicle purchases, and DMV requirements.  Sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, weekly, and annual sales goals.  Supporting duties Lead management: Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.  Customer follow-up: Maintain a system for owner follow-up, schedule service appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.  Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.  Showroom upkeep: Keep the showroom clean, organised, and well-maintained.  Reporting: Complete sales reports and analyse sales data.
