Job Description

Key Responsibilities .1. Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers and assist them in identifying the right vehicle based on needs and preferences. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Present pricing, financing, and promotional offers clearly and professionally. Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare and process sales paperwork and contracts accurately. 2. Product & Market KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles. Stay current on automotive features, technology, and competitive products. Explain technical features and benefits in simple, customer-friendly language. 3. Customer Relationship ManagementFollow up with leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate repeat business. Build long-term customer relationships through professionalism and consistent communication. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
