Automation Workday

The Automation Workday Consultant position at our Client involves utilizing your expertise in Workday automation and configurations to enhance HR and financial processes. Your role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions and integrations in the Workday environment. Collaborating closely with functional teams, you will translate business requirements into automated solutions, develop reports and integrations, and conduct testing to ensure functionality and compliance. Additionally, you will provide support, troubleshoot integration issues, document configurations, and participate in training for knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain Workday automation solutions and integrations - Translate business requirements into automated solutions - Develop and enhance Workday reports, calculated fields, and integrations - Conduct testing and validation of automation processes - Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues - Document automation configurations for knowledge sharing - Participate in training sessions for team understanding Requirements: - 4-7 years of Workday experience with a focus on automation and integrations - Strong understanding of Workday configurations, including HCM, Financials, and Reporting modules - Experience with Workday Integration technologies such as EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio - Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting Workday calculated fields and custom reports - Familiarity with Workday security models and business process configurations - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Workday certification is a plus In addition to the challenging responsibilities, this position offers the opportunity to work with one of the Big 4 companies in India.,
