Automation Trainer

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Automation Trainer based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Your primary responsibility will involve designing and delivering training modules on automation tools, creating curriculum plans for automation courses, conducting hands-on training sessions, mentoring trainees, and ensuring their skill development. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in automation. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, including scripting, robotics, and software automation frameworks. - Demonstrated teaching and communication skills, with experience in mentoring or training individuals or teams. - Ability to design effective training modules, create curriculum content, and conduct hands-on practical sessions. - Stay informed about industry trends, updates in automation technology, and best practices in the field. - Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. - Previous experience in automation training, instructional design, or relevant certifications is advantageous. - A Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
