This role will have a direct impact on Apple s business, requiring interaction with various internal teams to deliver ground breaking products in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment. 7- 10 years of experience in leading Quality Engineering activities for complex, highly integrated projects Proven experience in testing Supply Chain planning and execution applications and products, with a comprehensive understanding of the Supply Chain domain. Hands-on experience with any coding language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) Collaborate with teams by attending workshops, planning, and assisting with new product releases and events. Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams end users to ensure a smooth delivery. Design, Develop and Implement Test Strategies, test scenarios and test plans for new components and help root-cause issues working with development teams. Create, maintain, and report on QE metrics, including SLAs and KPIs, to ensure quality goals are met. Experience working with Agile development methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem solving skills Strong customer focus and attention to detail. B.Tech/B.S/M.S. Or equivalent degree. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge on the automation tools and frameworks Strong understanding of software build tools, CI/CD integration, deployment processes, and code quality assurance tool. Track and analyse test results, create report, draw conclusion and make necessary recommendations and improvements Create and maintain the test data for regression scripts to ensure consistent and reliable testing Solve complex technical challenges, drive innovation, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies. A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus High level of professionalism, energy, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
