Profile : Software Tester
Work Experience: 4 to 7 yearsRequired Skill Set/Roles and Responsibilities:  Bachelor’s degree or higher  Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness.  Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility Collaborate closely with other team members and departments Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)  Design and develop automation scripts when needed Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies Provide timely solutions Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle Provide support and documentation Create logs to document testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the softwaredevelopment lifecycle Must have quality of team handling, client handling, conflict management etc. Must have Characteristics:  Excellent communication skills - Fluent Oral & Written English Through personality - pays attention to details Takes initiatives and motivatedJob Location: Kolkata- HybridEmployment Type: Full Time, Permanent
