Roles And Responsibilities

As an Automation Test Lead's your responsibilities include leading the automation testing process,designing and implementing test strategies and managing a team of QA engineers. You develop andmaintain automation frameworks and scripts, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and are responsiblefor reporting on test results and ensuring product quality. Design, implement, and maintain automated test strategies and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to identify and resolve defects.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes, suggesting improvements.
Working closely with stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards

Mandatory Skills

Experience in Selenium / Playwright.
Experience in BDD framework.
Experience in Programming skills Java, Javascript.
Experience in Jmeter and PT.
Good communication skills
