Automation Test Lead

Experience:

Role Overview:

Automation Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end test automation strategy for web and API/microservices.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using
Reqnroll (C#)
for API integration testing and
Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
for web automation.
Implement and advocate
BDD/TDD
practices across teams.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables through effective test coverage.
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and load testing.
Utilize tools like
Postman
,
Cucumber
, and
JIRA Xray
for test management and execution.
Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, preferably using
GitLab CI
.
Write and manage test cases from user stories and maintain test artifacts throughout the
STLC
.
Explore and implement AI-assisted test automation solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong technical prowess in QA areas: automation, functional, contract, integration, regression, performance, and load testing.
Deep knowledge of
BDD
and
TDD
practices.
Hands-on experience with:

Reqnroll (C#)
for API/microservices integration testing
Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
for web automation

Experience with
Postman
,
Cucumber
, and
BDD frameworks
.
Good understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
, preferably
GitLab CI
.
Expertise in writing test cases, managing STLC, and using test management tools like
JIRA Xray
.
Experience in test automation with AI helpers (preferred).
