Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation initiatives to reduce test cycle time and improve release quality
  
• Collaborate with developers to define and refine unit, integration, and performance tests
  
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and reusable frameworks
  
• Implement and track automation metrics to demonstrate continuous improvement
  
• Design large-scale, maintainable, and modular test automation solutions
  
• Work with business and product teams to understand project requirements
  
• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies, roadmaps, and tools
  
• Evaluate and select the best-fit automation tools and frameworks for various projects
  
• Oversee automation coverage across functional, regression, and performance testing
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing tools, techniques, and CI/CD integration
  
• Stay up to date with the latest QA and automation industry trends
  

• Exposure to

  AI-based automation, GenAI, or GitHub CoPilot
