Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the automation testing efforts using Selenium and Cucumber ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high quality deliverables
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies and plans
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Analyze test results identify defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly
Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to enhance the testing process

Technical Requirements:

Experience with TestNG and other testing frameworks
Proven track record of leading successful automation testing projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced collaborative environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices

Preferred Skills:

Automation testing,Automation testing->Selenium,Automation testing->SOA (API testing),Automation testing->UFT,Java
