Hiring for Automation Testing, Selenium - Bangalore, Chennai , Hyderabad Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Test Engineer to join our growing Quality Assurance team. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to build and maintain efficient testing frameworks that provide timely feedback and help deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using modern test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). Work closely with manual QA engineers to identify areas for automation and optimize the testing process. Create and maintain test automation frameworks and ensure they are reusable, scalable, and efficient. Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and documentation for automation. Execute automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines to ensure that code changes do not break existing functionality. Analyze and report on test results, identifying issues and areas for improvement. Collaborate with developers to debug and troubleshoot issues found during testing. Continuously improve the test automation process to enhance speed, accuracy, and coverage. Work with the development team to implement best practices for test-driven development (TDD) and continuous testing.
