Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with expertise in API Integrations. Expertise on Power Automate, Moveworks, Automaton Anywhere or any other platform is a must. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to support integrations and leverage AI / chatbot capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience. This is a Hybrid position located in Bangalore, India. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance and are not offering relocation assistance at this time About The Role You will involve in collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven automation tools. The role includes Bot Controller roles supporting day- to- day operations of the organization's RPA initiatives. Manages environments, release automated processes to various environments and supports post implementation. Requires to document and demonstrate support solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. About You You should have 0-6months of experience in working in deployment of AI-driven automation tools. You should have an understanding of robotic process analysis on RPA platforms and provides L1/L2 functional and technical infrastructure support for RPA applications You will conduct a wide range of technical analysis to troubleshoot RPA performance or execution issues and assists with RPA tool upgrades as well as supports Operations Teveams during UAT and rollout phases. Certifications RPA software like Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere etc. is an added advantage. Company Overview McAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers.
